First up is disco lover Dicky Trisco who really lets loose on a seriously groovy chunk of Brasilian funk that unwinds slowly and deliciously until the horns declare that it’s time to dance! 

Meanwhile on the flip, Rio based DJ and producer Joutro Mundo hits full on beach party mode and you can really feel those barefoot vibes flowing.

Walla C is a hip hop producer and DJ from Brazil now resident in Melbourne. His compositions are known for their signature percussive style, feature intricate synths and draw inspiration from jazz, funk, and Afro-Brazilian sounds.  His Roland SP555 live beat sets are spontaneous and complex, combining originals with reworks of contemporary classics. His DJ sets are dynamic and rhythm-driven, as he weaves effortlessly between Afrobeat, trap, raw baile funk and tropical bass to ignite dancefloors.

Community, music label and event company based in São Paulo. Mareh Music originated in 2003 from its namesake festival on Boipeba-Island, Bahia. Ever since it has been standing out due to its musical curatorship and special attention with its audience, thusly acquiring admirers all over the world.  Besides that, the Label is running other projects as the bimonthly Babel urban parties that take place in the rooftops of the most incredible locations and Marisco Festival, that the mission is to provide the connection between Brazilian and international groove. Along with the acclaimed festivals Mareh has also released EP’s from reputed artists attracting the specialized critics. Within its releases it’s valid to point out the 10″ dedicated to tropical disco edits by the independent label Barefoot Beats.
