I'm a patient listener of personal confessions as i'm always approaching tenderly the moods of the human heart. Trying to bring into light the everyday poetry, to reveal in your ears a wealth that's pulsing. Hangzhou's old-men gardeners create every new season another bouquet of flowers for the ageless nymph, and when the wind blows it may flutters her veils. Many songs been sung for the wind, many for the nymph but not for the old-men gardeners who cultivate (together with the flowers) the beauty of a whole city. This is a mix for them..........

Some new music recorded live last weekend in Melbourne with Doppel and all my buddies. 
It was tricky mixing in front of a tin shed so it isn't the damn perfection I seek, but I was still happy with the result and now challenge myself to let go of this one before its too late and i change my mind 😅. Lots of new and unfinished things ,it never ends really. 

Knowing whether or not it went the way I intended, there were still plenty of nice moments of rawness and the unexpected, like a strange but beautiful dream, enjoy my friends, I hope the music finds you at the right time❤️

One hell of an amazing party, set in amoungst the Kanuka trees in Bainham, Golden Bay, was a boutique party of 150 people, incredible sounds and vibes all weekend, one of the best and so is this set!  I was sandwhiched between the main acts, so put my big britches on and slayed it!  A beautifully crafted set, that takes you into a heightened journey of fire and passion, organic sounds and rolling bass, luvved it! I lost my darling one month ago today on the eve at the end of this Darling themed Splore. He was best friend, my lover, my partner in crime, my adventure buddy, and my number one fan.  
It's still so incredibly hard to believe he is gone.. 
I am so very thankful we got to spend such a beautiful and magical last weekend together doing what we loved with all our Lucky Star friends at Splore.  

This set was inspired by the theme and therefore Simon too.. I haven't played electro swing in years but had included some in this mix as it was the genre we bonded over when we first met in 2012.. This mix has now become more potent than ever.. 

We were both so excited that I got to play before international producer and DJ Franca B2B Madmotormiquel.. I've discovered Franca has very similar taste in music to me so she has become an absolute favorite of mine.  Seeing her and Madmotormiguel play on the Saturday eve was a highlight of the weekend for us both. You can hear Franca mixing into my last track at the end so I kept it on the recording..

Coco Poco Loco's stunning new 'Loose Caboose' parked in the shadow of the Effigy for a stunning day party, as we created a slice of Paradise in the Paddock.

I appreciated the opportunity to play some spacious and dreamy daytime tunes, as we recovered from Friday and built towards the Big Burn.

Thanks to all who came down and contributed to a magical day in the sunshine.
