This healing chant came through during a magical live looping session on a beautiful sunny day on the magical lands of Saltspring Island. I was processing loss and letting go, seeking for forgiveness and peace of heart and mind and AHINA came through as a powerful mantra to open our hearts and be present and ok with what is. To embrace it fully and to trust that a new beginning and more aligned path is on the horizon. 

So I hope you can feel the magical energies of this sacred land and that this journey helps you to let go of what no longer resonates and to love yourself and embrace change with trust facing the unknown guided by your inner voice.
