Dramalove are an alternative rock band based in London, UK.
After reaching the MTV charts and the final stage on X Factor in their home country Italy, they’ve relocated to the U.K. and quickly gained a dedicated following thanks to their frantic and brief shows.
It’s a three piece sounding like a big wall of sound. “Like listening to early Muse, perhaps with more energy” - Lisa Higgins, The Guardian.
Th single "Play With You" has received national airplay on BBC Radio 6 Music, whereas “Lady Macbeth” and "Written In The Stars" have both received support from BBC Introducing. Classic Rock Magazine put them in the "Best New Bands 2019" compilation cd. They are releasing a new album in 2023.

Joey Green was born in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1959.    In 1985, Joey moved to New York City where he met bassist/producer Brian Stanley who helped him form an indie rock band called the "Jury".  

After living in Vienna,  Austria for the last 20 years,  Joey Green has relocated back to New York City and his rock & roll roots,  focusing his artistic energy on a new set of original 1970's style original rock productions.   

However, when Joey left New York City in 2000, there was no such thing as "social media", "smart phones" and believe it or not "Spotify"!   Subsequently he will be digitally releasing several tracks for the first time that were recorded back in the late 1980's  and yet never released.  
Among them are, "Love Comes Once" & "Little Boy David".  That all changes here as both PREVIOUSlY unreleased titles are debuting on Spotify!

Not everything Joey Green has up on Spotify is from the last Century though.  Goodness no!   Recent releases include, " Trumpty Dumpty", "Blood Is Thicker Than Water", "Living On Borrowed Time", "Heartbroke Again" and the 1970's retro rock number, "1977"--plus lot's more.

Connotati visualmente dal loro dark-look e musicalmente affascinati dalla riproposta new wave di Editors e Interpol, conciliata da una naturale inclinazione verso il più moderno rock chitarristico di Muse e U2, i due fratelli Diego e Riccardo Soncin, insieme a Francesco Torrisi (tutti e tre nati a Torino) formano i DRAMALOVE, in attività su diversi palchi di tutta Italia da circa 5 anni e con una dura e proficua gavetta alle spalle. 

Dopo aver vinto svariate edizioni di concorsi per band emergenti e partecipato alle finali dei più prestigiosi (Italia Wave, Pagella Rock, Roxy Bar) incidono un demo grazie al quale vengono notati dall'etichetta BlissCo/Fondazione Sonora, per la quale firmano sul finire del 2008.

Dopo poco più di un anno di lavoro debuttano con un long-Ep dal titolo 'Condannati a Sognare', pubblicato il 7 Maggio 2010 e distribuito in tutta Italia su tutti i formati, conseguendo ottimi risultati di critica e consensi televisivi con i due video 'Stelle' e '1000Mila Domande' in rotazione su DeeJay TV (che li ospita per un'intervista nel programma F.A.Q.), Match Music e Music Box. Si crea da subito molta curiosità intorno alla band, mentre il numero di fan cresce esponenzialmente, come dimostrano i numerosi forum e social network creatisi sulla rete.

Il nome del trio richiama l'importanza dell'Amore non solo come sentimento fra due entità ma come energia che muove il Tutto, senza la quale non ci sarebbe vita nell'Universo. Al di là della visione più spirituale s'intravede la più semplice quanto comune incapacità tipica dell'essere umano (soprattutto in fase adolescenziale) di riuscire a gestire i suoi rapporti con il mondo, come ad esempio la paura del futuro ma l'attrazione che ne deriva, contraddizioni inseparabili, come il giorno e la notte, la vetta e l'abisso, la vita e la morte. 

Diego e Riccardo vengono da una famiglia di papà e fratelli musicisti, dai quali ereditano la passione per gli strumenti a corde, mentre Francesco si dedica alla batteria sin dai tempi del liceo, con un background di militanza in gruppi punk-underground del torinese. 

Diego scrive i testi e compone le melodie, a volte anche al pianoforte (che ha imparato a suonare da solo intorno agli 11 anni "perchè ti dà un approccio completamente diverso, soprattutto da mezzanotte in poi"), plasmando sogni violenti ed esperienze di vita che vengono infine arrangiate e completate nella forma canzone di stampo per lo più d'oltre-manica, insieme al resto della band. 

"La cultura Pop è un'arte. E' la voce di tutti coloro che vogliono sentirsi parte di uno stile di vita, non ti fa sembrare più figo odiare la cultura pop", queste le parole di chi non nasconde le proprie influenze musicali: letture di poesia contemporanea e interesse verso importanti realtà italiane come Subsonica, Verdena, Bluvertigo o grandi cantautori come L.Battisti coltivano l'esigenza del cristallizzare e musicare emozioni e pensieri, le cui ispirazioni hanno ambientazioni e tematiche sempre diverse; per esempio nel brano 'Stelle' si paragonano gli astri agli esseri umani in quanto a numerosità ma distanza e lontananza tra di loro (ri-elaborazione del concetto di maschera indotto dalla società: "...è fuori che brilliamo, ma è poi dentro che bruciamo"), mentre in 'Dammi Un Segno' si cerca un contatto con una persona che non c'è più, che Diego ha dedicato espressamente a suo padre. 

"Ogni generazione ha gli eroi che si merita è lo slogan che abbiamo disseminato per tutta la rete l'anno scorso. Ora vogliamo di più: vogliamo che la sentenza emessa dal tribunale della vita, quella che ci condanna a sognare, ci faccia volare tutti il più in alto possibile. Se proprio non ci si può accontentare, tantovale puntare in alto. Se proprio non riusciamo a farci sentire, alziamo la voce. Vogliamo solo conquistare il mondo a suon di canzoni che parlano non solo di noi, ma della gente come la gente non saprebbe fare. Non siamo un prodotto precostruito, non abbiamo vinto un talent show: abbiamo suonato per un sacco di locali, l'abbiamo fatto nei backstage, siamo quello che vedi. Ci piacciono il rullante anni '80 e i distorsori perchè siamo ancora abbastanza fuori di testa da poter pensare di fare della musica il nostro stile di vita".


Mr. Reynolds is a producer and composer based in New York City.
Recruited out of high school to tour with Arista/Tommy Boy recording artists Rustic Overtones, Mr. Reynolds soon moved to New York to study composition at the Manhattan School of Music. Shifting his attention to the technical aspect of production, he obtained an internship at Quad Studios, where he met noted recording engineer and producer Robert (LB9000) Dorsey.Reynolds signed on as Music Director for Dorsey’s company, Brought To Life Music, where he has worked on projects ranging from Hip-Hop to Indie Rock with clients including The Roots, Rahzel, Solange Knowles, The Postelles, Lyfe Jennings, M.L., Beredda, Black Taxi, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams.
Independently, Mr. Reynolds has played keyboards for Lauryn Hill &amp; Jimi Kendrix, composed and arranged music for The National Hockey League (King Size Music), G-Unit Records &amp; <a href="http://Audible.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Audible.com</a>, and produced &amp; co-written with many artists, including Rell, Red/X, Africa Miranda, Drewbix & Tess. He is also co-founder of music production house 2 Cent Bridge.

Trapped In Static (TIS.) made their New York City debut in 2011 as an alternative rock/indie band featuring singer/guitarist Athan Hilaki (formerly of GAD.) and drummer David Torres. Athan's dynamically strong vocals feature a falsetto and a hint of raspy power that are often compared to vocal legends like Bono, Chris Cornell, Kurt Cobain, Eddie Vedder and Scott Stapp. David's drum rhythms take their influence from Kings Of Leon, Phoenix and Interpol. In the end of 2018, Amy Stargher was added in the lineup, a singer/guitarist and percussionist, previously with Jett & The Bombs, with strong vocals and electric stage presence. The core of the band is completed with Gina Rebelo on bass (formerly of Three Day Threshold) and influences from Bootsy Collins to John Paul Jones, and Peter Douskalis a skillful guitarist and multi-instrumentalist, creating the foundational surge for the listener to truly become part of the music. Using the depth of life experiences as inspiration for their lyrics, the band strive to connect with the listener through rock-and-roll infused messages of overcoming obstacles with a tinge of sorrow-filled hope. Guitar riffs, keyboards, string section, bass lines, drum rhythms and a strong emotionally-charged stage presence add to the radio-ready experience of TIS.

Singer/songwriter Mike Scala was born in Brooklyn, New York and has been a presence in the underground indie rock scene performing at venues across the world including Bowery Ballroom, Whelan’s, The Espy, and The Troubadour. Known for his sense of adventure, he also set a World Record performing a world’s first concert in the Franz Josef Glacier on the South Island of New Zealand which gained the attention of international media and have been featured on National TV stations such as RTE and ABC across the world.

In Oct. 2015, while touring Europe, Scala was scouted by Rome Thomas (Maroon 5, Rage Against the Machine, Incubus) who brought him to a number of other industries top producers after seeing his talent and dedication. After hearing Scala’s last single, “Stratosphere”, and some unreleased demos, Multi-Platinum Producer Matt Squire (Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, Dr. Luke) offered Scala a deal which he later accepted. The New Record is due out in 2016 and includes collaborations with members of Imagine Dragons (Will Wells), Tokyo Police Club, and members of the Ed Sheeran and 21 Pilots Team.

In 2013, Scala established the “Mike Scala Foundation for Youth,” an organization that provides aid and educational opportunities for at-risk youth across the U.S. and developing countries. “My goal is bigger than to pursue my passion as an artist. I want to make a difference in the world not only through the music but as an active member of the philanthropic community. My goal is to play Madison Square Garden someday and with that I want to be able to raise a couple of million dollars and go out and help those in need” says Scala – (Broken Records Magazine). The organization has worked with UNICEF, YMCA, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, YWCA, and The American Cancer Society providing food, clothing, and educational supplies to youth in need. Scala also continues his work with music and youth and has founded musician alliances around the world in order to provide mentoring and music programs for youth in need.

When the laid back vibe of Myrtle Beach, SC meets acoustic rock of Lake Michigan, Simplified, the island rock band arrives with a loud and welcoming splash.  In 2002, Clee Laster of SC and Chris Sheridan a MI native, started out as an acoustic duo.  Early on, both musicians displayed innate musical capabilities, which were passed down from family members, and inspired by a diverse collection of original influences. They both grew up on the water, in different parts of the country, but the beach life-blood continues to surge within their suntanned souls, flowing forth in passionate, fun, and energetic jams.
 
They began playing acoustic shows, revving up and charming the Charlotte, NC crowds, while writing original songs.  In 2003, the full band took shape as Simplified. Acclaimed as a dedicated touring machine, they gained new fans, one by one.  Simplified's sound caught on, with a devoted fan base in the Southeastern US.  With their incessant touring, an enthusiastic buzz was growing, and in turn they began booking shows nationwide, playing for increasingly larger audiences.

With a never-ending tour schedule, including over 3,000 powerhouse, popular performances, Simplified members, with both electric and acoustic acts, are enthusiastic as ever.  From Key West, FL to New York City and throughout the Midwest, their hard work, perseverance and commitment have always been key to their hard earned success. Sequentially, in 2011, their song “Shall We Begin” was featured on ESPN’s ‘Kick off to College GameDay.’  Currently their hit “Gettin Home,” is featured in the video game, NASCAR The Game 2013 and they have been praised as one of Pandora Radio’s top played indie rock bands.
 
Still writing and riding the sometimes choppy, always exciting musical shores, Clee and Sheridan reinvented the band in 2013 with their newest material, while getting back to their island rock roots. This year, they are releasing tracks from their crowd-pleasing, May 10th, 2013 show at Hideaway Cafe in St. Petersburg, FL. Sheridan states, "Our fans have been requesting a live album so we are focusing on getting as much live content out as possible." 

Sheridan and Clee have effectively reformulated the band by adding key ingredients: new players with positive energy, multi-instrumentalists, and a camaraderie that stimulates their passion for writing new material.  Now abandoning what others suggested, returning to their roots of a feel good vibe, Clee explains, “We are writing new songs for ourselves and our fans, not for a producer or critic.  We are getting right back to where we started, with what we know and love…music that makes you smile.”
 
Their signature sound is a contagious fusion of rock and reggae, attracting a diverse audience and embracing every kind of fan.  Sheridan emphasizes, "We're a rock band with elements of reggae, funk, and acoustic roots.  We don't limit ourselves musically and it shows in the songs we write." Conjuring up the island rock roots, Clee expresses, "Our live shows are all about having fun. Each performance will bring you to the beach and right back home.”

A decade later, Simplified continues to evolve and attract new audiences through their crowd-pleasing, relatable songs and ongoing support from their loyal fans.  Starting out as two musicians with a dream, to one of the industry’s top emerging rock bands, makes Simplified a true tour de force. There’s nothing simple about that.
