However, if it’s out of balance, you might feel anxious, unsettled, or even physically unwell. It’s essential for both our physical and emotional health to keep this chakra in harmony.

Here are some activities and practices that can strengthen and balance the Root Chakra:

    Engaging in physical activities that connect you to your body, like yoga, dancing, or walking in nature.

This chant came through last year, in the midst of some challenging times.

I was faced with "big waves" in a stormy season of life. 

As I took some deep breaths on a walk in the mountains, these lyrics began to sing through me:
