TDub's laid back hip-hop/urban contemporary style is a modern classic with rhythms and melodies reminiscent of a blend encompassing several genres. At an early age TDub was influenced by blues, pop, rock, rap and hip hop as well as R&B.  He started singing and rapping at an young age but didn't take it seriously until after reaching the age of 30. As a member in his local churche's choir TDub discovered the true gift that was given to him at birth.  As he sang gospel songs people were spiritually moved.  However, as he sang modern and classic gospel songs, TDub didn't feel completed on his musical journey. After much contemplation and meditation TDub eventually returned to his rhythm and blues/hip hop style, injecting the gospel influence that had become an integral part of his life. As a practical yet philosophical christian, TDub delivers a thoughtful God-centered message with each song that touches the soul.
