The song continues the trend of naming songs after planets in the solar system, this one is Mercury, the lyrics play on ironic and satirical elements to represent the theatricality and spectacularization of current politics.

The final movement brings back the sense of urgency from the second movement. Unlike the middle movements, the higher register hopefully has more moments to shine. The piece is in sonata form (although the key of the first theme might feel ambiguous at first). The ending recalls the theme from the first movement and resolves what was left unstated, ending in the original key of B major.
