"Through the smoke-filled aura of soft acapella vocals and a 303 acid bassline, there can be only sanctity in the energy of “Pure Pleasure.” Hypnotised in the haze, the US-based producer Foamek molds a house tune that drifts through a thumping, good-vibes-only mentality that is irresistible to move to. Foamek is not unfamiliar to this way of approach, with releases on Nerang Recordings and Haus of Altr, as well as a host of Vandelay Radio, “Pure Pleasure” lives up to its name in all forms.
