Pete Spark is from Melbourne, Australia, and plays under the moniker of 'Cradle Mountain'. Pete formerly played in Melbourne under the name Till James, and has previously played with Wellyn, Antarctica & Fantis Atlantis

EX parte da energia gótica para construir o início e o fim de um minimalismo barroco em sua música. A partir de uma poesia escrita e esquecida, Rafael Martinelli e Thiane Nunes cantam em Ontem recortes do texto original que permaneceu guardado em uma gaveta por dez anos. É em um momento de limpezas e renovações que Ontem está sendo lançada. Como primeiro passo de uma nova fase, EX olha para seu passado para em seguida lançar EX-LUX, segundo disco da banda com lançamento previsto para 2016. 

A EX em Ontem é: Guilherme Klamt, Thiane Nunes, Rafael Martinelli, Cristiano Sertório, Julio Leal, Rodrigo Souto, Stefano Fell, Jakelina Soares, Thomas Dreher e Alexandre Garcia. Eles são “ex” da decana Deus e o Diabo, banda que lançou “DEOD” em 1998 e “Também Morrem os Verões em 2004”.

Gravada no estúdio de Thomas Dreher em 2015. Lançamento Lezma Records.

Elastikbande are a brand new Manchester based three piece (post punk / grunge / garage rock) outfit featuring ex members of The Fall / Polythene, (Una Baines’) Poppycock and Rose & The Diamond Hand. 

Featuring Kate on drums, Luisa on guitar / backing vocals and Mark on bass / vocals. The band’s sound is dynamic, melodic, catchy and often witty. Previously band member’s other work has featured on The John Peel Show, BBC Radio 1, 6 Music and BBC 3’s Late Junction, plus covered in blogs such as The Quietus and Louder Than War. 

This debut EP was recorded entirely live in the studio in Salford in August 2019 to capture the energy of the group's stage show. Musically Elastikbande have been compared to a blend of The Fall, Pavement, The Pixies and more. These early songs are about everything from household appliances to stage diving etiquette. 

The band are performing at The Castle on Monday 30th September ,Gullivers on Friday 25th October and FUEL on 6th December in Manchester to support the launch of the EP. The EP was recorded by Paul Morrice and mixed by Paul Millsopp.
