Mario is a songwriter, formally trained bass player, and mixing engineer from Los Angeles.  Mario has been developing his craft since he was 10 and has an academic working knowledge of music notation and theory.  Mario’s bass playing style has a heavy Motown influence infused with a hard edged alt/indie and pop sensibility.  His unique style lends itself well to the Rock, Blues, R&B, Jazz, and Pop musical genres he plays. 
Currently Mario is teaching, playing, mixing, and producing music around the Los Angeles area.  Mario has been touted by his former teachers and music industry insiders as one of the most promising young musicians and producers coming up in the Los Angeles music scene today.
Mario’s love for music and exposure to the arts comes from his musical family.  His great grandfather, father, and uncle were all notable working musicians in the LA music scene.  Mario has used his talent to inspire and enrich the lives of those around him.
Mario’s is a gifted songwriter who draws influence from Kurt Cobain, Jim Croce, Bob Dylan, and Lou Reed.  In a recent interview, Mario said that, “most of the songs I write come from personal experiences as well as stories others have shared with me.  My inspiration is drawn from writing about the insecurities of myself and of the others around me. I try to dive deep and question the existence of normalcy and acceptance in modern societies.”   Mario believes that simplicity is key to his songwriting and, in the words of Lou Reed, “One chord is fine.  Two chords are pushing it.  And three you’re into jazz.”

Mario currently is a music teacher at the prestigious Arts Academy and Boys & Girls Club of the Los Angeles, and is developing his own production company.

Heroes in the Making is four dudes who love playing different types of music over a rock sound.  They've got that guitar that'll shake what yo mama gave ya, that bass that'll make you slap-da-air big time, them drums that'll have your mind implode, and them vocals that'll touch the bottom of your soul and make your soul sing along.  Coming from Southbay, CA, and recently releasing  their debut EP, "Both Ends of the Spectrum", they will keep you groovin' and infect you with some collagecore-esque lovin'.

Since 2013, they have played shows with bands: Hail the Sun; Stolas; RVLS; Eye the Realist; Artifex Pereo; Eidola; Two Brothers and many more.  Now in 2016, they are writing for their first full-length arriving later this year.

Khylie Rylo (they/them) is a producer, composer, bassist and singer in New York City. They have performed, recorded and co-produced with myriad artists, including Public Enemy, Renee Goust, Darryl “DMC” McDaniels (Run DMC), Paola Lazaro (The Walking Dead) and DJ Johnny Juice (Public Enemy). Khylie has also created original music for the world-famous video game FORTNITE, luxury brands and various projects that needed a splash of EDM.

Vinegar Hill is a revolving door of like-minded musicians dedicated to adding their artistic elements to give the listener a transcendent experience.  Based out of Los Angeles, Vinegar Hill is lead by the creative mind of Bass player, Songwriter, and Producer, Mario DiLeva.  This music project was created and organized by Mario DiLeva to realize his artistic vision in a performance setting.  His current lineup of musicians features: Ian Hubbell on Drums, Kyle Scherrer on Guitar, and Haley Spence Brown on Vocals.
