Lipstick - A night of quality house music for glamourous girls and guys at the brilliant Vault and Vine wine bar in Petts Wood (right next to the station).

This is a 3 hour mix of uplifting, funky house music.

Featuring Kinky Malinki DJ's, the aim is to give you a taster of what Kinky Malinki is about, as we've got our 25th Anniversary reunion at 93 Feet East on 30.11.2024.  If you like Lipstick, you'll absolutely love Kinky Malinki, with bells on.

We're showcasing the amazing Juliet Thurbz, the new resident DJ face of Kinky Malinki in 2024, and a regular host on the Kinky Malinki show every Wednesday at 8pm on London's House FM, where she plays alongside original Kinky resident and one of the founders of Kinky Malinki, Jay Friction, along with Alun Harrison (Mr Roy and MaUVe) who was also a remixer producer of some of the worlds biggest artisits, such as Monica, Brandy and Christina Aguilera to name just a few.  Juliet is resident at the Kinky Malinki Ocean Beach Parties and is playing this summer at the world famous Ibiza Rocks.  She's about to release some amazing music, so watch this space as we think she's heading for the stars! We're sure you'll love her as much as we do. 

We've also got the brilliant Graham Simmons (one of Mr Roy) and equally brilliant Dan Lark. The Mr Roy track 'Something About You' was a monster success in 1994 when relased on Fresh Records, and it topped the dance music charts and actually got into the top 75 in the national chart.

Expect music to be funky, uplifting, with lots of vocals, lots of edits of classics and a few classics thrown in for good measure too. it's music you'll want to throw shapes to 💃🏻🕺.
