Music producer, vinyl DJ and record shop owner, Robyrt Hecht from Leipzig has been involved in every aspect of the underground electronic music scene. 

Besides his label YUYAY Records and his involvement in the now-defunct label and record shop Possblthings, he is a founding member of the Electro label and event crew Clear Memory and runs the record shop Sleeve++. 

He specialises in emotive Electro and IDM with a touch of '80s Funk in the mix.

Lostlojic, a Kyiv-based electronic musician and DJ, weaves a dynamic blend of electro, breakbeat and straight-drum bass music into the cultural fabric of Ukraine. His works, released on various European labels such as Deeptrax (solo albums “Mamay” and “Imperfect”), Furthur Electronix (Furthur Journeys Into Electronix compilation with µ-Ziq, Ben Sims & Dawl), Infinite Pleasure (solo albums “Distant Star” remixed by the legendary DMX Krew, and “Nightxplode”) and Phuture Shock Musik, Ministry Of Sound and many others, recreate the rhythmic heartbeat of the diverse and unique city of Kyiv. Dancing from 120 to 170 BPM - and all this in one set! 


As the owner of the labels Mystictrax (albums “Anomaly” and “Archaїс” 2025) and Noneside (vinyls “Nothing will stop the idea” and “Make Love, Dark-Browed” with KMA60 Distribution) and the host of Mystictrax Shows (20ft Radio, Subtle (UK), Fade (GR)) & UA Electronica show on Mixmag Ukraine, a jury member of Jager Music Awards (as well as the author of several soundtracks for the award), Lostlojic actively shapes the soundscape of modern electronic music in the world through the prism of knowledge of Ukrainian culture. Interviews for the Guardian & Mixmag, mentioned in the books about music like Rebel Sound and Ukrainian Field Notes. He recently recorded a mix for the legendary CXEMA.


A supporter of social change, Lostlojic participates in rallies against police misconduct, demolition of architectural monuments, environmental problems, legalization of cannabis and LGBTQ+ rights. His participation in various fundraising events in support of Ukrainian volunteers testifies to his devotion to the Motherland. Thus, at the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion, he put together the collection Together for Ukraine (together with Standard Deviation), in which 65 musicians, even Laurent Garnier, took part, and managed to collect more than 20,000 euros for the needs of Ukrainian humanitarian funds. Lostlojic's presence is felt not only in the studio, but also at Ukrainian parties and events, in particular ∄, Closer, Keller, Culture of Sound, Otel', HVLV and TSEKH33®, as well as at Atlas Weekend Fest, Brud  Pes, Dnipropop and Laboratorium, foreign events such as Chapeau Rouge & Groove Bar (CZ), Paloma and HÖR (DE).

A founding member of Dundee based label, and cult club night, Hilltown Disco, and Exiled Records - Ben has carved out a name for himself as a studious selector and pioneering producer of a distinct style of face melting electronic music.

With regular shows on Brixton Radio and Clyde Built Radio, and sets played in many renowned underground club nights of Scotland & beyond.

Ben has been spending recent months focusing on his new radio show 'Haar' which focuses on new-beat, acid and experimental. More news to come soon.

Happy New Year. Nothing has been resolved.

This mix is Node and Gated’s end-of-year sweep of 2025: not a “best of”, not a chart, not legally binding in any way. It’s a collection of tracks that made a dent or subtly shifted the ground while everyone was distracted. Expect a broad and occasionally unhelpful range of tempos, textures and moods, assembled with minimal concern for algorithmic wellbeing.

All the Gated releases from the year are folded in among a lot of other vital music from artists we admire, argue about, and keep coming back to. The idea is less about highlights and more about what happens when these tracks are left alone together in a room.

Thanks to everyone who tuned in, put records out, showed up, or otherwise survived 2025. We’re already lining things up behind the scenes, and at Gated we’re very much looking ahead to more releases, podcasts, noise and low-level disruption throughout 2026.

Node's New Year's 2025 Debrief

I Speak To Speakers

Mariska’s approach to music production is intuitive and unconventional. Instead of following a fixed genre or format, her music serves to express her inner world in a dreamy and playful way. Heavily influenced by elektro, Detroit Techno and IDM of the nineties (think Drexciya, Plaid, Orbital, …), this results in a quite emotive and melodic electronic sound. The atmospheres she creates have a sometimes slightly ominous undertone, yet are filled with optimism and a hint of nostalgia. Starting producing at the age of 18, she was quickly discovered by DJ Stingray through Myspace in 2009. This lead to her first release of her track Insolitology on Planet E, as a part of the Urban Tribe collective. She has also released tracks on Bleep 43, Semantica, and more recently HC Records, BAOX and Electro Records.
