Nikita is known locally as the winner of 'Naujas Kailis' and in Oslo as the financial architect of the 'Tetrahedron Scheme'. A tetrahedron, in case you've forgotten your school knowledge, is a three-dimensional shape that has an affinity to a pyramid. We are honored to have dOP joining Bar 25 Music on our journey. The legendary duo went from their roots in the Parisian Hip-Hop scene to the world of unconventional House and Techno of Berlin. They have releases on the most prestigious electronic music labels from Eklo to Supplement Facts, from Watergate to Circus Company where their debut album “Greatest Hits” surfaced in 2010. Now Bar 25 Music is happy to replenish its catalogue with the record by the prolific duo.

The EP contains two original tracks ¨Resist¨ and ¨Vape¨ and two remixes. The title track was reworked by another duet of legends —  DADADISCO. They have a lot of sweet memories connected to Berlin’s Bar25 where they played pretty much memorable marathon sets. Their Dirty Disco House parties helped to make that place even more unique. When the legendary place closed for good, they decided to spread their retro-futuristic sound under the alias Dada Disco, which sums up the chaos and extravagance of those years.

Dave DK made the remix for the second track. One more huge name for anyone familiar with Berlin’s club culture. Since the early 90's he was fascinated by the upcoming techno movement, which eventually led to his own active initiation. After producing his first track in 1995, Dave released on labels like Kompakt, Pampa, Müller Records, Decore, Lifetime Music, Cadeaux, Moodmusic and many others.

Last but not least, it is important to mention the artwork by Nicolas André, Neopen a combination of art and top-notch technologies. "Using Generative Adversarial Network, I used AI to tell short stories about real and AI-generated peoples as seen in a metaverse. Between visual poetry and cognitive narratology, each of those explorations is unique".

Having temporarily expanded into a transatlantic ensemble, Hess Is More is back where it started, as Danish artist Mikkel Hess’ (more or less) solo venture through the borderlands of pop music.
 
Gone are the expansive, sprawling works. The sound of CÆKE is minimalist, spacious and candid. The works orbit a more personal, everyday creativity, assembled by piano, drum machines, vintage synths and Hess’ pensive, unhurried voice.
 
In honest Hess-ian fashion, the maturity of the sound is offset by a recurring penchant for the childish, the curious… a subversive lightheartedness, which is easily traced back to Hess’ early works.

Two one-man bands projects meets together on the first Global Warming various record : The cold-blooded Scottish sound-ingeneer @sordid-sound-system and mysterious Spanish hedonist @sutjagutierrez. Deeply rock-rooted and drug-infused, this futuristic western soundtrack opens with ‘The Void’, a arid dub jam, heavily hallucinogenic and ‘Meanwhile, When Times Turn Bad’, schizophrenic punk jam both recorded from Sordid Sound System’s redwood forests new studio on Northern California. On the other side, the lone ranger Sutja Gutierrez takes us to a dystopian horse ride into shady woods and grey plains, with ‘Everything Leads To An End’ and 'Beheaded Angels', two sensible journey, blending goofy drums, creepy synths layers, heady weird vocals and binary guitars for a unique and mighty melancholic mood.
