I had written this as a poem for someone whom I initially thought they were a beautiful individual, despite not being conventionally attractive, only to realize how hideous they were inside and out because of their actions. Lesson here is that appearances lie and people do too.

It’s really unfair, 
You get more attractive every day,
How do you do it?
How can’t you see it?
How do you not know you’re the falling star that hit me like a meteorite?
How do you not know that you’re my bluest light? 
You’re the warmth of the sun,
And the flourishing of the rain on my roots,
The reason flowers bloom from the darkened hole I come from, in the ground,
A lotus flower, I bloom in the mud,
You are my gardener sent from above.

What can I say about being an artist - its the most exhilarating thing to do. It creates purpose in the moment. But most humans are not conditioned to express this dimension of the real them and other artists expressing, they find triggering. So it gets dark with the so called haters and dissers, who are really just suffering, unaware of their condition. 

Everyone is meant to be an artist of their character and their reality, not just a slab of stone,  canvas or stage.
