German DJ and producer ​Boris Brejcha rounds off the month of August with new EP ‘Butterflies’​, out ​30th August​ via ​Ultra Music​.
His third release of the summer, the three-track record sees ​Brejcha’s sonic explorations into the realm of ​‘High-Tech Minimal’ ​reach new heights. EP opener ‘Redemption’ pairs a chunky, driving bassline with a similarly assertive breakdown. ‘Sternengleiter’ ​follows and ​offers the record’s most emotive and hypnotic moments, with title track ​‘Butterflies’ ​closing out the EP which sees him sculpt eight minutes of delicate, fluttering techno. ​"As a butterfly you feel free. Marking his first release following January’s ​Space Diver LP, ​Violet Pill sees the German artist incorporate dark techno tones, striking build ups, and progressive elements for a transcendent listening experience. Opening with the high-octane soundscapes on ​‘Babamba’​, Brejcha immediately pulls audiences in before taking a more ambient turn with the four-on-the-floor track ​‘On His Way’​. The EP then makes a sonic shift with the title track ​‘Violet Pill’​, a melodic roller featuring pitched down vocals and a driving bassline.
  
Following his meteoric rise to success, ​Boris Brejcha continues to take his self-coined ‘High-Tech Minimal’ sound across the globe, effortlessly fusing techno, electro, and trance with every release.

Marko Meingast, better known as Mark Dekoda was born 1987 in Munich, Germany. He started to produce music late 2006 and switched up from underground trance progressive music to minimal-techno music in 2009. Mark is humble about his position as an artist in the crazy. He promotes taking time to make quality tracks as opposed to pushing out remix after remix like a lot of Mainstream Electric artists. His previous releases are speaking for themselves, hitting the Beatport minimal charts in a couple of time. Tracks like "Snow White" "Ghost" "Crackin" and "Cold Cuz" where included in the top 5 as well. His tracks are getting more and more dynamic from every release until now. It seems to be working well for him, same as in his live performances all around the world. So stay tuned and watch out.
