I made this when I was homeless in 2015. I got it out the 'mud'. Every artist should have a story to tell; how they rose from nothing to something. This is a very reflective track.

It's with utter joy that we present this groundbreaking, genre-bending debut album from the Humanoids project.  A sonic experiment brought to life by psytrance veterans Illumination and Sandman, two legendary vibe architects who've been shaping the psychedelic trance scene since the '90s.

In an era increasingly dominated by AI-generated media, 'Becoming Human' stands as a bold statement in the opposite direction for a more hands-on approach to life. Every sound on the album has been lovingly sculpted with masterful knob-twiddling, slider-finessing and deep sonic intuition. It gets deep, dank, and dirty with precision crafted techy edginess, while keeping a child-like cheekiness and playful grooviness throughout. Psytrance for the heads, the heart, and the humans.

The album features 9 mind-warping tracks, including collaborations with Atmos, Martian Arts and Braincell, and a deeply reinvigorated remix of the Eat Static's classic: 'Contact'.
