Full Tilt @ Claire`s Nightclub, Torquay, 1997.This one is pretty rare as well. Absolutely live, wicked mixing, just make sure you listen to both parts as there`s a bit at the end with the crowd that will make you smile.

A beautiful slice of history, and a permanent reminder of just how good Pete Wardman and Trade was [and still is] He brought it down at the start, then after nearly 12 hours on the floor, with the sweat pouring off us, the set went into orbit and finished with TdV [doubled up!] at over 165bpm The phazeing [flangeing?] isn`t post production, it was done on the night. Still, to this day, the most intense musical experience I`ve ever had. It`s a 17 year old tape, forgive the gaps for the ad-breaks taken out, worse still the ones left in but what can you do? Just enjoy it and remember the good times, that`s what!!....Absolutely incredible,..a thing of beauty is a joy forever. [Keats]

So thanks to stuff n stuff I can't go see Karim come out of retirement tomorrow night in Dublin. Yaaaa. So, to annoy myself, I had a look to see what Karim mixes I have, as they can be hard to get, and half of them (possibly even some of these) aren't actually him. Not that listening to him on SoundCloud does the show justice...

Anywho.... I don't think these are in the main playlist so I'll upload em here for whoever wants em, and to all the lucky crew going to the gig in Dublin these might get ye started or be handy at afters or whatever..

As with all of the sets in the series, Pete Wardman is last one on at Trade, manages to pull the bpms down to let it rip and take it back up again. A proper set. Check out the mix into Mistakes,...flawless. As always, there are 2 parts, definitely check out the second part as this is where it goes into overdrive. Once again, nicely brought down in BPMs by Pete Wardman to squeeze in the tunes he wanted to play, then brought it back up through the gears again. Lovely to hear Schlangenline and Mass Hysteria played and despite the breaks, his mix into, and out of TdV`s mix of Don`t Laugh is still awesome. Sorry about the adbreaks and the gaps where the missing ones are. If I`d known 16 years ago, I would have taken more care. Still, another brilliant moment in time captured forever. As always, there are 2 parts, so make sure to do both. Headphones on and enjoy!

How rare is this? A storming set with lots of elements of the earlier Trade sound. Absolutely sublime, mixing is tight as anything, I`m not going to waffle on, just listen to it.I know it`s going to bring back a lot of happy memories for a lot of people. Definitely the real deal as Ian has confirmed it.Thanks to Barry Williams for this fantastic moment in time, for once, I`m speechless, just enjoy it, loud!!

A few random bits from a couple of shows, the first 2 are from his Tuesday night show, 1 till 3, May 97, the start of the show with the Jon Bishop mix, the rest of the tape is on my Soundcloud. Jon did a fantastic mix, well worth checking out. The rest are from his Saturday night show, 11 till 1, 2nd March 98, he`s on brilliant form, as always, and taking the mick all the time.
