I really like your take on the prompt Mark, it is very relatable to me as someone who moved a lot.  I am getting the feeling of anticipation in the verse with the rocking back and forth between those 2 chords.    Great pre-chorus and transition.  OK wow - that first line of the chorus - those vocals and harmonies - that melody and those chords - it is like the sun came out - like your picture - a brightness you achieved musically - so good!!  My favorite moment in your song.  I also like the changing lyrics as the chorus progresses.  Oh great bridge - beautiful transition to it - the "home" harmonies - so warm and touching.  Love the melody and how you built back up to the level of the chorus.  I totally dig this song.  Like get this in a sync library!!

You so capture the feeling of moving someplace new, both in the music and in the words.  The jumpy excitement, the anticipation, the nervousness. That first chorus in particular is spot on.  I'll be a different person. Great song.
