Doubt..... everyone knows or should know what doubt is. A truth among truths, two or more. When you doubt and it goes on and on, take action, decide with all your courage. The best decisions are those that remain AFTER a long period of making choices in your mind and are stronger than other choices in your mind! You are allowed to exist!!

In Dutch: Twijfel..... iedereen weet of zou moeten weten wat twijfel is. Een waarheid tussen waarheden, twee of meer. Wanneer je twijfelt en het duurt en duurt, onderneem dan actie, beslis met al je moed. De beste beslissingen zijn degenen die blijven NA een lange periode van keuzes maken in je hoofd en sterker zijn dan andere keuzes in je hoofd! Je mag er zijn!!

"In Thoughts of All Those We Love" - A quiet musical tribute — composed for piano, cello, clarinet, and orchestra.

The piano opens gently, like an inner reflection. The cello responds with deep warmth, a voice drawn from memory. The clarinet adds a touch of light — a fragile spark between sorrow and solace. The orchestra unfolds with restraint, offering space and support, never overwhelming.

This piece is a tender greeting to those who have shaped our lives — near or far, present or remembered. A soundscape that doesn’t seek closure, but carries us forward. Between loss and connection, music emerges that remains.

The Evening Star’s Intermezzo is my first composition for piano and strings. Here, I performed the piano part. 

As composers we sometimes like to break boundaries and be extravagant, but ultimately what fulfills me is not engaging in virtuosic experiments, but expressing what is simple yet heartfelt.

This recording session was organized by DoubleSharp Production in Rome. Huge thanks to their team and the musicians for making it happen!
