Chris Garvey's fresh musical journey with his solo project as Circadian has seen the producer and DJ showcase his sonic versatility, ingenuity and prowess like never before. Although this new alias only launched in May 2023, Circadian has already released some of the most notable rave anthems of the last year, consistently been supported by the likes of Andy C, Sub Focus, Friction, Dimension, and Netsky, and has even soundtracked some of the planets most popular video games in Fortnite and Rocket League. 

Born in London, UK, Garvey grew up with a love for music and began DJing at the age of 16, quickly developing a passion for drum and bass music before starting to produce his own tracks. After eventually teaming up with Nick White to form The Prototypes in 2010, the groundbreaking duo became synonymous with writing stadium-shattering anthems such as "Pale Blue Dot," "Electric," "Kill The Silence," and “Reason feat Lowes”, enjoying great success in the drum and bass scene. The duo released two studio albums and toured extensively worldwide, performing at major festivals like Glastonbury, Tomorrowland, and EDC Las Vegas.

Now fully focused on his new Circadian project, Garvey says the alias represents "The Ying Yang of Rave Culture". With collaborations with Koven, Dirtyphonics, and Sota, remixes for the legendary Basement Jaxx and Friction, and releases on Monstercat, Elevate Records, and Sleepless Music all under the belt within twelve months of the Circadian project, the seismic nature of this launch pays testament to Garvey's versatility as a producer and his ability to write D&B weapons that resonate with the scene's current and ever-popular sound.

In a short space of time, Rare Candy has transitioned from remixing independent label releases to delivering official remixes for major labels on a weekly basis. Notably, their remix of Jonas Blue’s “Fast Car” for Positiva / Virgin EMI was playlisted on CapitalXtra, surpassing even the original mix in popularity.

Beyond “Fast Car,” Rare Candy has reimagined tracks for a diverse array of artists, including Olly Murs (RCA), Beyoncé (Columbia), Sophie Beem, Zak Abel (Warner), Röyksopp (Wall of Sound), VV Brown, LeAnn Rimes, Reggie & Bollie, Matt Darey, Therese, Sol Brothers featuring Kathy Brown, Conchita Wurst, DJ Sammy, Brooke Candy, and many more. Flo O’Conor ("flocon") is a Leeds based Mix Engineer, Artist, and Record Label Owner (RAW Records) specialising in House, Bassline, Soul & Hip Hop. Active across songwriting, singing and mixing & mastering, flocon plays a role in various stages of the music production process.

Starting as a DJ in the 2010s, flocon performed alongside Cardinal Sound and supported artists such as Artful Dodger and Tanjo in venues across the UK. Previously running a fashion business, Flo returned to music in 2021, launching her own label ‘RAW Records’. Her self-mixed album “Love and Other Drugs” established her presence in the House and Bassline scene, with the song “Bad Boy” (a collaboration with Marky B) reaching over 6 million streams across platforms. flocon’s vocals (which she typically edits in a formant-shifted, pitched-up mixing style) have since been featured in a wide range of Electronic and Dance collaborations.

'1stBorn' first captivated the underground music scene with his garage/bassline beats 13 years ago at the age of 15. The young producer was making club and radio bangers of such a level, that promoters saught him to DJ across the country. Producing veteran today, and at the age of only 28, after day upon day of dedication and hard graft, 1stBorn has worked with a wide range of established UK Artist (Stormzy, Dutchavelli, Nines, Slim, M-Huncho, K-Trap, Headie One, OFB, Rimzee) to name a few, then gaining himself a publishing deal with the likes of 'Liam Payne'. "1st Born" is now becoming an artist with his debut solo project to look out for!

It all started with the drum lessons young '1st Born' was taking at the age of 5. From simple drums to bassline house, garage, hip hop, R'n'B, pop, funkyhouse and dubstep, there is now hardly a sound that 1stborn's mind did not employ in a unique blending effort - and this is what it took to find his own voice, unmistakenly 1stborn, once he settled in his ability.

"After DJ'ing for a while, I decided to start taking my production skills to a different level," 1stBorn says, "and shortly after, I was asked to produce an official remix for UK Rapstar 'Chip' (Chipmunk) entitled 'Beast' which featured on the Single. This was a good step for me in the underground scene, as my fan base started to increase and show interest in what I was creating. From then on, I decided to start making all genres and really got to grips with R'nB & Hip Hop and Trap, which where my favourite genres of music."

Seasoned producer, signer, rapper and DJ, and he is only 28, '1stBorn' sets the new standard of a dedicated musician.
