Side Rail Circle 8/17/24

Before I lead Circle Singing events I touch on breath for relaxation and breath support for singing. I'm sharing my most recent teaching on the breath for all that might want to continue using this model/technique or are interested in vocal breath support. The first half of this recording is for relaxation breath.  I transition into breath support for singing during the second half.
