Venjent is an English electronic and Drum & Bass artist from London. He gained popularity by remixing everyday sounds into energetic bangers, most notably, ‘Open the Door’, ‘Unmask Your Emotions’ and ‘Create Machines’.

Although many of his songs have a fun and humorous side to them, he also explores important themes such as love, gratitude and self-worth in songs like ‘Write Off’, ‘Zone’, ‘Love Yourself Again’ and ‘Moving On’. 

Venjent previously co-produced tracks for ‘The Prodigy’ on the 2015 album 'The Day is my Enemy’ and scored the soundtrack to the 2020 horror film ‘The Owners’. He is also a former member of the band ‘Never Not Nothing’ which earned millions of streams on Spotify and other platforms.

From way back when .... late 80’s the acid house revolution & original summers of love as the music picked me up it carried me into raves, then dancing semi - professionally and ultimately into DJ’ing house parties, clubs and universities until my own night was created at Keel University called SHIMMEE. There with Dan & Jim of the Skallywag Yoof we resided through the 90’s .... 

A gap then of some time before re connecting with my soul love ... Rhythmic beats, screaming vocals and uplifting piano the music now labelled so many things, deep house, Jakin, soul, chilled, big room, edm, bass, beats, crunk you name it every type of electronic style has carved a niche ... to me .. there is two types of music good and bad ... 

I love to play good house music to catch your breath and lift you up or to sit transfixed mesmerised in the groove ... 

These days you’ll find me along the coastline of Orihuela Costa Blanca playing beach bars, lounge bars, clubs and private parties
