MOOKYMUSIK Recordings is music for creating personal mental health  for singer-songwriter, dj/producer, musician, Michael A Smith aka Mookymusik.

MOOKYMUSIK Recordings was created on Soundcloud for Michael since 2011 for self-therapy to treat his recovery from ongoing addictions and to helpinspire  other musicians like Michael with ongoing mental health problems & addiction.
It started from music making with friends and recording and producing in home studios.

The MOOKYMUSIK Recordings Mission:

Michael has been on a ongoing music journey of recovery from1996 by producing music for self-therapy and to help him & inspire others who have suffered from  addictions and ongoing mental health problems.
In 1996, at the age of 19 years old, Michael  suffered from addiction and spent 10 weeks in rehab.
Michael  suffered in rehab, but after his experiences with addiction, he started  his own personal music healing journey of self-discovery & recovery through making his own music for creating mental health as his no.1 personal healing modality.

He hopes to help music makers with addiction & ongoing mental health problems to create healthy addictions like listening to & making music?

His mission is that by listening to & making music, it can help guide others here to cope with their ongoing mental health problems and addiction to guide themselves to their own innerpeace and  create mental wellbeing and music for mental health.
