Recorded live at Timewarp Saturday 12th April 2025 using an ambient recorder in order to try and capture the whole atmosphere, Timewarp are happy to present “The Live Sets”. As with anything live there can be discrepancies in sound and these recordings are no different but they have been mastered in order to try and provide the best audio experience we can. Timewarp is a vinyl only night based in Bournemouth, UK showcasing local talent and legends from the past 30 years bringing you the best in Trance, Hard Trance, Techno and Hard House.

Hi everyone. 

This is my set from Westfest 2025 in the UK. We've got 1/4 million views in 2 days for this on FB - what the hell!!?!! It was all quite emotional because it was the last one. I hope you like it! 

One thing I need to say is everything here in the tracklist is new, which gives me hope and inspiration for the future. After 35 years of being in this game, it never ceases to amaze me the quality of underground music I continue to find. If your thing is techno, hard techno, hard trance or rave or whatever, there are needles in the haystack, despite what people say. Huge props to all the artists featured here :)

Mark EG Hyper Tech Mix 2025. 160 BPM - Quick Practice Mix for Tik-Tech Lincoln Crew. Download is below. So this was my quick practice for the beginning of my set for the Tik-Tech Lincoln crew tonight. For those who loved my Westfest set, I love this new style of hard trance, acid, hard techno and similar. I pitched up some amazing 130–140 BPM tracks to 160 BPM and I am trying to make them work in hyper speed, while mastering the bottom end and thinking about that all important first octave etc. I call it hyper-tech! It seemed to go down well with the Lincoln crew :)  

I think it sounds amazing at this speed (as long as you keep the fundamental of the tracks in the sub octave!), but what do you think?
