Mark Ember has quickly rose in reputation in the Finnish electronic music scene with his energetic performances. Versatile, genre-shifting track choices along his technical mixing skills make him a formidable player in the field of electronic music. He started practicing mixing in 2014 and got his first gig in November 2016. He hasn't been slowing down since.

Today Mark Ember is a resident DJ and event organizer in Rude Tune Crew & Hybrid JKL. Ember has shared stage with Finnish maestros such as Tempo Giusto and Korento. He has also played with international stars such as Astral Projection, Darren Porter, James Dymond and Scott Envy. On February 2018 Mark Ember launched his radio show, Electric Ace Radio, which airs monthly on Kaaosradio. In 2018 he won three mixtape competitions, one of which got him a gig at Electric Festival alongside Above & Beyond, Ilan Bluestone & more.

Passion and love for electronic music. That's what Mark Ember wants to share with his audience. His simple goal is to make everyone on the dancefloor feel the same euphoric feeling he gets from music. He wants to take you on a a touching journey that makes you smile and dance like there's no tomorrow.

Makodan (Markus Puolakanaho) is a DJ, promoter and music lover from Helsinki, Finland. Three years of gigging across the country has given Makodan invaluable experience in DJing. He has shared stage with several Finnish and international names such as Yotto, Astral Projection, Alberto Ruiz & many more. He is also known for his trance alias, Mark Ember. Makodan is a resident DJ and promoter of Hybrid JKL, Techtonic and Rude Tune Crew.

For Makodan, the spark for becoming a DJ started at Summer Sound Festival in Helsinki six years ago. Being amazed by the music, he wanted to one day be on the stage sharing music with an audience. He started practicing mixing and got his first gig in 2016. In 2018, Makodan won three mixtape competitions.

Makodan’s musical repertoire consists mainly of progressive & melodic house. He is mostly focused on playing warm up sets, but he also has a taste for prime time tunes. Makodan’s sound is melodic, driving, often dark and sometimes even euphoric. His heart still beats to other genres, so you can hear tech house and techno in his sets from time to time.

He is currently learning music production and you can expect releases from him somewhere in the future. Makodan is a DJ who entertains with his stage presence and wants to share the music he loves to the audience. His intention is to make every DJ set an emotional and musical journey.
