Born in Newcastle, @j0be was initiated into the club scene at an early age. However it wasn’t until the age of 22, when his close friend was given a set of turntables that he discovered his love for mixing records. Since then, JOBE has toured across the world as well as focusing on his own productions. Over the years his sound has evolved too, starting out with minimal techno and moving towards a more melodic sound, covering house, techno, breakbeat, electro and electronica.

Tony and I played open to close in the Little Bar at EOS Lounge in Santa Barbara. The theme was 80's retro and house and that is what we did. A bunch of great old school tracks and modern remixes of retro tracks along with some solid House music. Tony and I played back to back all night and here is 3 hours of that night. Hope you enjoy.

KNEE DEEP 2024 REMASTER

A true original raver, Mark began djing in 1986 and started playing raves in Toronto early 1994. He was part of some of the city’s most legendary original rave crews, playing everything from warehouse parties and festivals, to the city’s best clubs, and touring across North America. He’s been lucky enough to share the stage with some of the scene’s pioneers and biggest stars along the way.
Mark and his family moved to Winnipeg 7 years ago and he never missed a beat (see what I did there?). Mark is just as active behind the scenes, bringing people together to help things grow, as he is behind the decks.
Mark’s infectious energy is a crowd favorite wherever he goes. Over 30 years as an active and dedicated DJ has allowed him to develop an eclectic style with unmatched technical ability – his sets move fluidly from genre to genre, from broken beats to 4/4 and all points in between keeping the dancefloor constantly on its toes. He is just as comfortable in a club environment as he is in a dirty warehouse or festival stage.
