I started experimenting in FM8 to re-acquaint myself with FM synthesis techniques. Managed to develop some interesting and moody ring mod electronic atonal sounds, and from there this track evolved. The addition of the electronic piano stabs and the moody organ pads suggested this kind of contemplative feeling, reminding me of some scenes from Deckard’s apartment in “Blade Runner”. Some signature Vangelis sounds round off that feel 
