In 1984, techno-rock band Spot The Dog, hailing from Lodi, CA, recorded "Adventures In Anxiety". Originally, the music was written by Kit Watson and Gary Bell, and was played live by their electronic duo Eye5. Lyrics were added by Patrick O'Shaughnessy when Eye5 was absorbed into the fallout from the explosion of Digits. Additional keyboards were provided by John Reed. Duncan Atkinson gave the song its guitar. A music video was produced for the song, and that video made it onto MTV's Basement Tapes competition in 1985, where it was resoundingly beaten. The video and original recording can be viewed at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l133kFYVTfg. This is a brand new 2021 recording of the song. Performed, produced, engineered, mixed and mastered by the original songwriter Kit Watson. Aside from voice, no analog instrumentation was used. It's all synths.

I recorded this concert in conjunction with 107.7 The End radio station in Seattle for the "End Sessions" back in 1999 for Chris Cornell's solo tour promoting his first solo album "Euphoria Morning" after Soundgarden disbanded in 1997. The recording was printed to multitrack 2" tape in front of a small crowd of about 200 invited guests.

Mark Lacas (LMG - Lick My Grooves - SEA) Mark is a veteran electronic music composer, producer, musician, and technologist. Mark (AKA DjML) is also known for spinning vinyl in headliner slots in the Seattle underground dance scene, as well as producing highly regarded DJ mixes.

DjML has been a Seattle staple in the Burning Man arena, as well as warehouse parties, and local clubs such as Marcus', where he held residency for 2 years. Other residencies include: Sea Sound Lounge, ToST, Premier and Club 722.

Mark's original music spans many genres but generally in the fusion of electronic and rock. 

As DjML he has crafted an eclectic and progressive European sound with a mix of House, Techno, Trance and Break Beats. His mixes have an epic quality that excite and inspire. DjML has played the West Coast from Vancouver to California and Hawaii.
