The Edits Collection label is fast becoming essential with a third irresistible offering in a little over a year. This latest one opens with some soul drenched boogie and disco featuring a heart-aching vocal hook and snappy grooves, then gets more deep and jazzy with 'Disco Is A Feeling'. The flip side opens with the steamy 'Take U 4 A Ride' with its explosive Philly strings and busy percussive lines and '10.15' then slow it down with a more steamy and sexy late-night sound that is all big loved-up vocals and freewheeling synths. All four of these are glorious weapons to have handy.

The fantastic 'Go Deep' by revered DJ, vocalist, and producer Dee Diggs on Toucan Sounds is another superb reflection of her musical self, featuring a deep but dynamic house groove and warm bassline. Its soulful vocals are smoky and sensual, bright synths add extra light, and the subtly broken kick pattern keeps things moving as piano chords douse the track. It is a standout cut that, once again, shows Diggs’ outstanding vocal and production skills following her debut solo single ‘Toss It’ on the New York label last summer.

As part of Dee Diggs’ ‘Go Deep’, toucan sounds has enlisted a remix from tastemaker Stefan Ringer. A mainstay of the underground with credits on the likes of NDATAL and his own FWM Entertainment label, Ringer’s version ups the energy levels, with raw percussion making for a driving rhythm. The original vocal glows warm next to
ever-more-energetic fills, broken beats, and wispy synths that bring plenty of futuristic edge.

After the great success of Jerk House Connection's "Velvet Touch" release, STALWART is quite proud to present you its 21st release from one influential member of the infamous broken beat UK combo BUGZINTHEATTIC: Orin Walters aka AFRONAUT. Orin heard the slam poetry of Suheir Hammad, a speech about the will power not to give into extreme ideological, political and/or religious undemocratic systems. He craftly joined his minimalist deep groove to emphasize it, giving birth to EYE WILL NOT, a track that is sure to be noticed in any sets. On the remix treatment, BUGZINTHEATTIC have been working on their classy broken beat treatment, whereas DJ RORK has been giving it an infectious hypnotic house touch with an heavy bass, while deep house man of the moment DJEFF AFROZILA relift it for the more South African House Music dance floors, and MISSOLESS did an amazing breakbeat rework.
