Crane A.K. members a.nov and Knigge have been a integral part of Berlin's minimal techno/house community. In particular, Knigge is a regular DJ in Germany's leading clubs. Taking his club experiences, Knigge molds his dancefloor technique with Michael Friedrich's attentiveness to production and sound. The result is an experienced musical partnership that distictly resonates their close friendship; minimal tracks based inbetween house and techno soundscapes. Michael has been producing synthetic music for more than a decade, and focuses on sounds and arrangements of the tracks.Knigge started his career in 1993 with playing some tracks on certain techno nights around Germany and Europe. His style is between deep house ,minimal house (micro house), minimal techno and electronic styles.

Biographie 

English :

At a very young age, in his late teens, Daniele Sofia aka Shuja, discovered his passion for Electronic Music. Quite soon he started producing his own tracks, inspired by well-known artists such as Sven Väth, Monika Kruse, Franky Knuckles or Mousse T. 
Swarming and exploring the nightlife, he caught countless different inspirations and accelerated by his curiosity, he expanded his vast knowledge of the national and international Electronic Music scene. 
This had ripple effects on his creative process. There are many terms to decscribe his work: his tracks are unique, versatile, elegantly stylish, his compositions are at the same time light-fooded but also of a great and filed structure, his tracks are surprisingly different from each other, but nevertheless it is always unmistakably Shujas handwriting and the marker of his creative development. 
He is constantly in move, when it comes to musical flows and technical developments of any kind.  This remarkable feature has also caught the attention of House Music Legend, DJ and producer Tom Novy, who ever since is supporting Shuja in every possible creative way. 
Ever since 2009 you can find Shuja as well behind the DJ decks of all the major clubs in Freiburg im Breisgau. Locations like Drifters, Karma, Klangraum, KGB Klub, Schmitz Katze and the Jackson Pollock Bar and even the 2013 Street Parade Zürich are not the worst references. His sets cover a wide range from Deep House to Tech House to Techno and Minimal Techno. 
It means happiness to him, when the dancing people is going nuts on the floor to his music.

Bereits als Teenager entdeckte Daniel Sofia aka Shuja seine Leidenschaft für die Elektronische Musik und begann mit dem Produzieren eigener Tracks, damals noch inspiriert von Künstlern wie Sven Väth, Monika Kruse, Franky Knuckles oder Mousse T. 
Er erkundete das Nachtleben und holte sich weitere, unzählige Inspirationen, die angetrieben von seiner künstlerischen Neugier, sein ungeheures Wissen der nationalen und internationalen Elektronischen Musikszene weiter vergrößerten. 
Das hatte durchschlagende Wirkung auf sein kreatives Schaffen. 
Seine Musik ist facettenreich, aber dennoch unverwechselbar, sie ist spielerisch raffiniert, seine Tracks sind der perfekte Marker seiner Kreativität und zeigen die Entwicklung auf, die er in den letzten Jahren durchlaufen hat – Shuja hat ein Händchen dafür, seine Inspirationen und Ideen zu bündeln und auf kreative und überraschende Weise in gelungene Soundpakete zu packen. Kein Track ist wie der andere und dennoch zieht sich seine unverkennbare Handschrift durch, die sich durch solide und hervorragend strukturierte Komposition auszeichnet. Diese Fähigkeit hat auch die Aufmerksamkeit der House Music Legende, DJ und Producer Tom Novy geweckt – seit einiger Zeit arbeiten die beiden erfolgreich zusammen. 
Beim Produzieren wollte Shuja es nicht belassen – seit 2009 steht er regelmäßig als DJ hinter den Decks. Er liebt es, wenn die Leute zu seinen Sets feiern und tanzen – von Deep House, Tech House über Techno und Minimal deckt er auf ausgefeilte Weise sämtliche gängigen Genres ab. Inzwischen ist er eine etablierte und nicht mehr weg zu denkende Größe in der elektronischen Musikszene, nicht nur in Freiburg, sondern auch über die regionalen Grenzen hinaus.
