With over 28 years of experience behind the decks, Mark Pickering (M.A.P) has established himself as a leading figure in the North East’s house and oldskool scene. 
As a resident at Middlesbrough’s longest-running house and oldskool event, MELTDOWN, Mark has become synonymous with delivering high-energy sets that ignite dancefloors and capture the true spirit of club culture.
Mark’s passion for music began at the age of 11, when he first started mixing on a pair of Technics 1200s in his bedroom. What began as a teenage obsession quickly evolved into a lifelong craft. Over the years, his dedication and technical skill have earned him a place alongside some of the industry’s most respected names, including Jon Fitz, Brandon Block, Alex P, Shades of Rhythm, Farley “Jackmaster” Funk, Seamus Haji, Alistair Whitehead, John Kelly, Peverell, Paul Taylor, Ben Taylor, Esquire, Slipmatt, and many more.

Mark is known for his uplifting, feel-good style, M.A.P brings together the best of classic house & oldskool with a twist, powered by modern energy to create an unforgettable experience every time he plays.
