20/20 Vision welcome Los Angeles based band ASHRR to the label.
We’ve always enjoyed working with bands as well as producers and thought it was about time Crazy P have some company on the imprint. And it was indeed Crazy P that first brought ASHRR to our attention with a sound that can be described like Roxy Music jamming with ESG on a warm sunny Sunday in Central Park!
 
ASHRR masterfully combine memorable vocal harmonies with live instrumentation and electronics and will be presenting their debut album ’Sunshine Low’ in 2024 but will treat us to a selection of singles and remixes dropping from September 2023 starting with the single ‘Fizzy’ that features remixes from OG dub pioneer Scientist and Felix Dickinson fresh from closing Block 9 Glastonbury and Gramophone at Houghton festivals.

PREMIERE: ASHRR - Talking In Your Sleep (Fernando's Disco Dub Mix)

Been meaning to do a mix of European jazz mix for a while and thought I'd have a crack at making one featuring a track from each of the nations at Euro 2024 to keep myself amused between games. I didn't quite make it - apologies to Ukraine, Albania and Georgia but I couldn't think of anything that fit - but I'll add some 'extra time' if I do.
