ANALOG

Eric Svensen's Liebe zur Musik begann in den 80er Jahren. Er begann schon früh, kleinere Underground-Partys aus einer Mischung von Pop,Rock und Hip-Hop zu veranstalten und wurde nach und nach wie magisch von der elektronischen Musik angezogen. Die Liebe zu diesem Stil machte sich immer mehr in seinen Sets bemerkbar.

Ende der 90er Jahre zog es ihn in nach Köln und es dauerte nicht lange, bis er einige Gigs in kleineren Clubs an Land zog. Nach einer kreativen Pause fingen seine Finger wieder an zu kribbeln und seine Leidenschaft zur Musik begann von neuem aufzublühen. Durch Gigs im Zimmermann's (aka Sven in Space) oder Odonien (aka Sven in Space) war er wieder zurück in der Spur. 
Später war er dann unter seinem neuen Künstlernamen Eric Svensen als regelmäßiger Gast beim Kölner Radiosender 674.fm und sonus.fm zu hören.

2020 bekam er die Gelegenheit auf der OdoniaNoire spielen zu dürfen, einem Event, der die kölner Lokalmatadore der elektronischen Szene förderte und vereinte.

Parallel begann er mit Nodepond eine kleine und feine Veranstaltungsreihe namens HouzeVerliebt ins Leben zu rufen, die sich mit VisualKunst beschäftigte und den weiblichen Nachwuchs zu fördern im Fokus hatte. 

Musikalisch lässt sich Eric Svensen in keine Schublade stecken und sein Repertoire reicht von Ambient, Trip Hop, Electronica, Deep House, Tech-House bis hin zu Techno in all ihren Facetten. Dadurch vereinen sich in seinen Sets viele verschiedene Genres zu einer Symbiose. 
Wer ihn schon einmal gehört hat, spürt, dass er durch seine DJ Sets einen kleinen aber feinen Mindtrip erzeugt.

Form & Terra Records has its focus on Techno. The vinyl releases will be available on vinyl only.

Markus Funke grew up in the Niederrhein area and now lives in Cologne. He came into contact with electronic music early on and found the synthetic sounds fascinating as a child. In these days he listened to BFBS on Sundays and recorded the English charts on tapes every week. In secondary school he went to the youth disco on Wednesdays in the youth cellar and came into contact with sounds from Mr. Lee, Simon Harris or S-Express; there he saw the first beginnings and saw what you can do with two 1210s and a mixer. Markus still accompanies the music today and spends a lot of time in his studio and runs his own radio program at www.sonus.fm. Markus has traveled a lot through the clubs in Germany and has gained a lot of experience there, which is reflected in his vinyl only sets today. His sets show his musical range and that's why he prefers to play long sets to pick up the audience where they are and take them on a trip. Markus played in numerous locations, e.g. Fusion, Charlote, Tresor, Griesmühle, Microclub, Poision, Tor3, Elektroküche, Bunker and many more, but he believes that a good artist cannot be judged by the clubs he has played in. After a few years away from nightlife it is time again to get more active and bring the sound of his radio show to the clubs. So far, Markus Funke has released his own tracks on labels like Logisim, Psycho Thrill Records and Form&Terra Records.
