Internationally renowned Armada Music has begun broadcasting a brand new radio program called ‘Armada Night Radio’, showcasing the very best music from the label with weekly guest mixes from the Armada talent roster and some of the world’s biggest DJs. The all-inclusive format will span a broad spectrum of genres, ranging from deep and tech house to trance and progressive, and everything in between. The new concept marks the first Armada-branded radio show to highlight the expansive list of genres now included under the industry-leading record label.

The hour-long radio show was inspired by the long running ‘Armada Night’ event series, which has taken place around the globe in locations such as: Romania, Russia, UAE, Australia, the UK, the USA, China, Switzerland, Malaysia, and in many more of the most influential global hot-spots.

AI Prompt Jam #2 explores the intersection of human intention and machine-generated sound, pushing an AI music platform beyond its formulaic defaults into a more artisanal, hand-crafted form of electronic expression. 

The track moves from abstract textures and synth-infused atmospheres into progressively evolving trance and psytrance-inspired grooves, emphasizing nuanced sound design, melodic phrasing, and rhythmic detail. Rather than relying on static loops or generic presets, each beat, synth, and transition was shaped through layered guidance, focusing on organic motion, shifting timbres, and dynamic tension-and-release arcs. 

The piece gradually builds from introspection to euphoria, balancing hypnotic, emotive melodic phrases with moments of full-throttle dance energy, before resolving into a carefully constructed conclusion. Markus Schulz Feat. Ana Diaz - Nothing Without Me

Hi guys,

Trying out something new here. This is something that was requested on Facebook. If popular, I'm going to start posting vocals, stems and remix packs from classic and new tracks of mine. 

This first one is very special. Jan and I sat around an old rickety Steinway piano in Planet 4 studios in Manchester. It was in our first hour meeting, we began with some proper english breakfast tea and sat down to write. Unknowingly, I was playing (in a 5 chord sequence) the first two chords from Chopin's 20th Prelude in C minor *cool to check out*. This began the first of many beautiful collaborations together.

One of the cool early vocal tricks I came up with on this song you can do yourself and compare to the original recording. I did on this track it making a reverb throw where pre-reverb I pitched the vocal up a fifth. You can try this yourself in any DAW by making a bus with a pitch shifter set to +7 (fully wet) and a long hall reverb (try about 8-10sec) also fully wet. When we did this, it was suffice to say MUCH harder (involving piles of patch cables and outboard gear). It's a super cool effect.
