In essence Bloodstream is a song about the feelings of love and infatuation and how these emotions can sometimes become so strong they take over you. When it feels like every little thing in your daily life becomes something you associate with someone or when you are alone it feels like that person is right there with you. They never leave your thoughts to the point it feels like they are inside of you.
