Vittorio Cimbali aka Sapporo is a Milan-based producer, DJ and co-founder of the "Kick The Beat" project. His production style is entwined in club culture and raving, driven by powerful grooves and analog machines, all with a unique underground approach.

Vittorio's brand new EP definitely reflects his musical vision: 3 original tracks delivering contemporary Deep House full of in-your-face kicks, solid basses, floating hi-hats, atmospheric pads and a mixture of acid and smooth synths.

The EP also comprises Label's heads Man.Electric's remix showcasing once more their progressive philosophy.

After a chaotic year the world seems to slowly open up again. To celebrate the occasion, @odradio welcomes you to Bay City. This metropole is situated on a fabled tropical archipelago, which to this day has remained undiscovered. Rumored to be somewhere in the Pacific, from the few visitors who made it there we know that it’s an isolated place, completely unaffected by the hectic, outside world. A place where time seems to move more slowly, as is reflected by the music broadcasted by the island’s most popular radio station: house, vaporwave, disco, fusion, yacht rock, lounge and smooth jazz - all are genres that are frequently heard on ODR.

This 12-track VA also reflects that mellow, yet cheerful Bay City spirit: It’s a compilation of exotic, punchy and melancholic tunes, at all times best enjoyed at the pool or beach.

Shall Not Fade sub-label Lost Palms welcomes DJ Psychiatre (Sylvain Creton) to its cadre for an extended EP of hypnotic house, following on from his stellar contribution to Shall Not Fade’s 5 Years compilation. The enigmatic French producer has always let his music speak for itself, and on Never Complain he cures lockdown blues with a collection of tracks that are uplifting and carefree. 

DJ Psychiatre channels classic deep house and laid back, sultry vibes across the record. ‘I Was There’ is built around a funky bassline but isn’t overstated, tempting the listener in with swirling synths. In contrast, ‘Very Funky, Very Soulful’ is exactly that: a grooving number that gets your hips moving. Genre-hopping, Creton then presents us with a rigid techy number in ‘Never Complain’, still making way for some dusty soulful chords in a callback to his lofi roots. On the B-side, ‘Bouncing Back’ ups the tempo - pacey and danceable hard-hitting house. ‘Keep This Sound Going’ is a swinging piece, somewhere between lounge jazz and house music for the early hours, and there’s some old-school deep tech stylisation in the infectious bassline of ‘Feelings - Xdeep mix’. Seductive whispers that tempt the dancer give way to a syncopated rhythm and funky, slapping bass in the record’s climax, ‘Le Ciel’. With an elongated 303-laden outro, it’s as if Creton doesn’t want the music to end - and neither do we.
