marQu vr is a VJ, music and video producer, video mapper, DJ, designer, mixed media artist and performer. marQu vr started QPOP in 1999 as a conceptual art project and has been constantly evolving since then. Q stands for Questions,,  where we should question the politics of media, open up to more peaceful expressions and abandon pornograffiti ( The graffiti the media puts in our minds --  These are the P. O. P we need to Question. marQu has been producing experimental electronic music since early 2000s, becoming involved as a VJ in Ireland with the Psy Trance collective Neutronyx in 2005, going on to VJ for various styles of music including Techno, Electro, House, Drum and Bass, Dubstep, Breakcore, Industrial, IDM, experimental ambient. Currently working on Video Mapping projects, Sound and Video Production for live AV performances. Other areas of creative projects include organising and promoting multimedia art and music events/happenings/shows since 2000.
Qpop is questionable pop, non conformist art.  Q.p.o.p., an audiovisual conceptual engine.. Working in mediums such as sound, video and performance art and how this can be used to create installations with live interaction. The main principles for creating art are based on cutting up popular culture and the by-products of the modern age. This is then recomposed in an abstact audiovisual format incorporating video feedback distortion and soundwave frequencies based on the concept of Chaos. Qpop comes from a wave of static formation in The air and brings an Electric organism to stimulate the subconscious. Q.P.O.P. stands for Questionably Politically Open Pornograffiti which are 4 methaphorical mechanisms that are used to Question the individuals perception of what reality is........ The politicaly open pornograffiti is about the world around us and how its possible to create your own reality, incorporating organic and technological world.
Qpopvr is a connected project involving Video Mapping and VJ collaborations along with others in the QVRtv conceptual multimedia and VJ label founded by marQu officially in 2016.

I started playing on an old bass guitar back in '09, I tryed myself out in multible music genders like grunge, old rock, pop, funky, classic rock, metal core, djent metal, blues and jazz. Init Preset and I used to play together in a metal band. Later in '14 I moved on towards electronic music and since I met lot of interesting hungarian producers.
