If you have been at the Junkyard stage this shouldn't need any description but if you haven't I will try to explain it a little bit. 

Every year I have been so lucky to be able to play with friends and have a good time playing music, at what I consider, my home festival. We have been doing the Junkyard stage formerly known as Favela for a while and it has always been a labor of love that has brought tears of happiness, one way or another, every single time. 

This last year I got to play with 2 of my favorite friends/artists Marques Wyatt, and Monolink. We closed Saturday night from 1 AM to 4 AM and here is the testament of what transpired musically that night!  We had so much fun!  I hope you enjoy it!

It has been quite some time since the last time we gathered for a night of MBTS. I wanted to take some time after the pandemic to be quiet and see how the dance music scene would evolve, and what sounds would come out of the standstill that was Covid. Now that I have a good sense of where I want to be sonically, and what kind of energy I want to spread onto dance floors, I am ready to restart MBTS in 2023. Venice Gets Deep Afro House Night feat Marques Wyatt, Cappuccino, DRĖĖĖMY & TIMÒ

This was my first trip to the Joshua Tree Music Festival.  It definitely lived up to and exceeded any expectations I may have had.  The beautiful community of music enthusiasts it attracted was second to none.  They came with me wherever I went musically.  There's nothing like being physically present, but I'm trusting some of the magic from that beautiful evening under stars will translate via this recording into something that will leave your soul smiling. Sonic love travels in many dimensions and as it relates to music, Marques Wyatt is a seminal pioneer and is undoubtedly one of the most respected DJ's in the United States and a West Coast legend. In addition to producing some of LA's most legendary clubs/events, many associate him with "DEEP," the illustrious event that he nurtured in his hometown of Los Angeles - thriving and continuing today for well over 19 years. He is one of the few DJ's that have managed to cross pollinate audiences and merge at least two generations of music fans on his dance floors. Thus, he is in demand at clubs, as well as on the festival circuit alike, stateside and abroad. Marques' unerring, knowledgeable selections are sure to stir up some emotions and known to turn huge dance floors into intimate rituals.
