This playlist focuses on the therapeutic side of brain entrainment, i.e., making it quicker and easier to achieve a desired mental state like meditation, sleep, study, focus, etc. Our "recreational binaurals" appear in a different list.

These projects are not the typically sterile sine waves of mobile software generators but rather fusions of effective tones, field recordings from the natural world, and abstract generative compositional approaches. They are less about music and more about texture and atmosphere.

Most of our initial releases use binaural beats to create the requisite brainwaves.  Headphones are essential for the experience since the waves are produced by discrete pitch differences between the left and right ears.

Once you've gotten the hang of binaural-assisted meditation and quickly getting your brain into a relaxed and regulated state, try experimenting with a recreational binaural from the other playlist for a completely different kind of experience.

Obviously, operating heavy machinery under the influence of sleep and dream inducing binaurals qualifies as a really bad idea...

Theraphonia - Brain Entrainment Experiments

Milyen fantasztikus csoda is a zene! Milyen csodás mélységekbe és magasságokba repíthet. Na de nem akármelyik, ezt biztosan és határozottan ki merem jelenteni. Nem azért mert értek hozzá, pusztán azért mert iszonyatosan rajongok érte! 

Mindenféle színben, variációban, tempóban, stílusban, világérzésben, etnikumban.

Szeretem az éneklést, a hangszereket, legyen elektromos vagy akusztikus, ütős vagy fúvós, pengetős vagy billentyűs.

Egyszerűen tudom, hogy Én egy vagyok Vele és Ő egy velem. Közös forrásból eredünk. 😊  

De különleges módon egy zenei stílus mégis felül tudott kerekedni a többi fölött az évek alatt, és teljes mélységében a szívem és a lelkem tükrévé tudott válni.

Ahogyan Hernan Cattaneo is szokott fogalmazni a Progressive House-al tökéletesen ki tudja fejezni azt ami benne zajlik, az érzéseit, a gondolatait, vagy egyszerűen az aktuális hangulatát. Ezért játssza ezt a stílust lassan 30 éve. (Pedig kölyökként funky és soul dj volt esküvőkön mint az tudva levő...😉) 

Én azt gondolom mindezek mellett, hogy mély spiritualitása és szakrális ereje is van a Progressive House-nak. Számtalanszor éreztem, és ezért is olyan csodás érzés ezt megosztani másokkal. Hiszem ,hogy a kapcsolódás egy igazán őszinte és letisztult formája ez.  

Meditáció, lélek-simogatás, kitudja...akár lélek-hasítás is!

Valódi belső rezgésszinthez tud kötődni. Kvantum fonalakkal.

A lelkünk hangjával... 

Hiszem ,hogy egy megfelelő helyen, és időben lejátszott felvétel, belső identitásunk forrásbéli ha úgy tetszik "mennyei" minőségével képes, összeforrni, eggyé válni, egyszerre dobbanni.

A szívünk dalával...  

Legyen az vidám vagy akár szomorú.

Szerintem ez a zene ereje.

Minden falat lebontó hatalmassága, az univerzum lenyomata.

És az életem értelme.

Mark is coming form the roots and origins of psychedelic techno and trance scene of early 90s, back then he was one of the best and most diverse DJs who played almost every party in every country and worked with record labels such Atomic Records, Medium, Aurinko etc. Recently we met him at ZNA Gathering and asked him to play his current favorite progressive techno tunes on The Market stage, the set was recorded and we decided to share it with you.

As winter solstice approaches and having had time to reflect on such a sumptuous summer of silliness down by the dunes here in Instow. 
I so loved delving and uncovering vibrant new sounds such as these that have provided the soundtrack to this special setting at the Glorious Oyster. 
Unashamedly, Hommus-heavy in this mix as I love the stupendously talented Matteo's (Loopus in Fabula & Hoomus in Fabula) & every time I aired tracks, the place went off...

TE02D - This experiment explores hitting the brain with a strong binaural signal three different ways at the same time.  First, the traditional binaural wave (courtesy of brainaural.com) runs at 4.2Hz.  Above that are drones and spacey sound effects - combined and panned left and right at 4.2Hz.  Then one ear's signal is pitch shifted up 4.2 Hz for across the full frequency spectrum.

If you're resistant to binaural effects or just having trouble getting into the right state, give this one a try and let us know how you did.

Mystic Sound Records presents the new awaited album of a talented musician, Igor Mirgorodsky – “Neuroq – Spacephoria”. 

Simple and powerful mantra sets the basic layer of this 90-minutes yummy smoothy. It’s full of juicy bass kick and surrounding effects illuminated by diverse vocal. There is even witchy giggling inside! The taste is multiple and with a light touch of Indian spices. You can also feel dubby berries blooming to the shifting bass. Keep on sipping through a straw of decent psychill, till the very end, where Gayatri mantra from the first piece is striking again! Om Namah Shivaya!
