The bands debut album, was recorded in a cabin by the lake out in the backwoods of Ontario. Always writing and rehearsing, Midday Swim can often be found enjoying a slice of pizza or lounging in the park.

le Renard is not a ghost in the night, is not an apostle, will eat your heart. A strange being who roams various coastlines and landscapes, le Renard's dreams outweigh mountains. Contemplating dark shadows, breathless from the beauty and wonderment that is existence, this human strives to be genuine in their use of instruments, melodies and words.

Formed in 2006 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Slow Down Molasses rank among Western Canada’s finest musical exports.
