Born on Long Island and raised in Brooklyn New York, SoundBoy was influenced by the early days of house and hip hop. Growing up in the 90’s listening to artists from Kerri Chandler to A Tribe Called Quest to Nirvana to Biggie and Wu-tang to Carl Cox and Frankie Bones. 

Growing up in a household that played great records from the Beatles to Tabo Combo.

There was no genre of music he wasn’t ￼ ￼intrigued by.

Marshin Dialax aka Ethan Christopher Petersen is a 22 year old DJ producer from Cape Town aka the mother city, who plays a variety of psychedelic trance genres including EDM. Sub-Genres going from Prog, Bounce, G-prog, full-on etc. Thus big room, progressive house, future house/bounce, Hardstyle etc. He's love for electronic music started in the year 2015. He got inspired by DJs called Mandragora. His first tracks he ever listened to was Tezla Scary Stuff and Mandragora I don't have a job, and from there he went from techno , dubstep and EDM.He plays from 138bpm to 160bpm, he's got a passion also for mainstream psytrance such as Vini Vici , Timmy Trumpet, Skazi etc. Thus tribal psytrance and Hi Progressive Psytrance.He picked up his DJing skills by watching a YouTube of Cy-Güy official DJing and from there he started to adapt and started making sets and mashups and releasing it. It is a gurrentee that the alien of destruction will knock your socks off on the dancefloor and keeping you dancing till you beg for more.
