Baba $yllagody was born in Dakar(Senegal, West Africa) on September 22, 1994  on the 22nd hour in the 22nd resident his father bought years before his birth.  Baba lived in Dakar for his first 2 years, then moved to Newark, New Jersey into a building which has 22 floors. Baba is multilingual, he speaks Wolof (Senegal native language), French, and English.

Moustapha Sylla better known by his stage name Mars Hoffa, originally from Newark, New Jersey & the tri-state area with Senegalese roots (West Africa) is an artist whose realities and visage are portrayed in his music, lyrical style and alter ego. Gifted with versatility as an artist, Mars Hoffa is very compassionate when making music and unexpectedly always delivers something "new" while experimenting with his craft yet still paying homage to the many different sub-genres of hip hop which have helped formed his own lane.
