ALESSANDRO DI PUCCIO, (Florence, October 4th, 1958)
VIBRAPHONIST, Drummer and Piano Player, Composer and Arranger
From the early '80s until today he has played in the most important clubs, festivals and exhibitions, both in jazz and world music, in Italy and Europe (Leverkusen, Paris, Koln, Istanbul, Ankara, Lisbon, Ljubljana).
He boasts numerous collaborations with jazz and world music musicians, among the most significant ones: Toots Thielemans, Albert Mangelsdorff, Mal Waldron, Stefano Bollani, Antonello Salis, Mike Turk, Claude Barthelemy, Sal Nistico, Massimo Urbani, Tiziana Ghiglioni, Pietro Tonolo, Gianluigi Trovesi, Marco Tamburini, Paolo Birro, Riccardo Tesi, Bruno Tommaso, Enrico Pierannunzi, Luca Flores, Gianni Cazzola, Fabio Morgera, Franco D'Andrea, Larry Nocella, Rita Marcotulli, Emanuele Cisi.
He currently gives concerts with American saxophonist SCOTT HAMILTON, organist ALBERTO MARSICO and drummer ALESSANDRO FABBRI.

CONDUCTING, ARRANGEMENT and COMPOSITION:
He has conducted and written compositions and arrangements for jazz orchestras, among which the most significant performances are with the orchestras: 
Les Italiens (from 1998 to 2013) which performed exclusively music composed by Di Puccio and has also performed concerts in Europe and the realization of two CDs Les Italiens (2002) and Verdeluna Dancing Hall (2009).
Far Fly Community (from 2006 to 2008) which performed music composed by the pianist Luca Flores arranged by Di Puccio with whom he has partecipated in important jazz festivals in Italian cities.
The Multiethnic Orchestra Musipolitana, a formation of world music including musicians from Ivory Coast, Cuba, Morocco, Iran as well as the south of Italy. For its popular character it has partecipated in numerous festivals close to the theme of “square party”.
Compositions for Theatre, Ballet, Musical comments on television and radio:
He has composed and arranged music for theatrical works collaborating with important italian actors (Carlina Torta, Marco Zannoni) and directors ( Pietro Bartolini, Silvano Panichi, Alessandro Libertini ).
