Fast approching 50 Husband & Father, DJ/Promoter Craig began DJing and promoting  in 1990, being a Resident at the only two nights dedicated to house music in Cardiff at the time. djing for 28 years and 2018 celebrating 25 years djing with DJ

In 1993 when a brand new concept "Spice Of Life" was born Craig was asked to be involved. This night changed the face of clubbing in Wales introducing the city to a wider audience and it also meant that guest DJ's knew where it was, (Cardiff that is). from the ashes of Spice came Tempus Fugit in 95 at the amazinf Coal exchange to the City Hall and everywhere  in between. alonside regular appearances at TF,   in 98 Craig started Lamerica with Dave LAMERICA draw the biggest DJ’s from the likes of, MAW, Louie Vega, Kenny Dope, Tony Humphries, Frankie Knuckles, Derrick Carter, DJ Sneak, Junior Sandy Rivera, Joey Negro, Timmy Regisford, Karizma, DJ Spen plus live performances from such names as Arnold Jarvis, Barbara Tucker, Michard Watford, Marc Evans
Craig has been fortunate enough to travel extensively spreading his Soulful House Ethos around the world from inverness to ibiza to new york to columbia.

Established in 1994 Time Flies is one of the longest standing House Music club nights in the United Kingdom. Launched 24 years ago at the Coal Exchange in Cardiff, Time Flies has since staged events right across Wales & The West of England. DJs who have played for the Time Flies brand read like a who's-who of clubbing; Carl Cox, Sasha, Paul Oakenfold, Paul Van Dyk and Tiesto just to name a few, have all stepped up to the turntables. In 2017 Time Flies made a triumphant return to Cardiff City Hall, after an absence spanning 2 decades. The party hasn't stopped in over 24 years, and it doesn't look like doing so anytime soon!

Tonight we are proud to present a true legend from the South Wales House music scene Mr Craig Bartlett who over the last thirty years as been at the epicentre of the scene in South Wales. Craig as played all over the world including regular stints in Ibiza and Miami As well as that we will bring interviewing Henry Blunt the promoter of legendary club night Time Flies who celebrate their 24th birthday this weekend at the decedent surroundings of The City Hall another icon of the scene in Wales. He will be giving away a pair of tickets to the event so keep tuned in to win yourself a ticket to one of the parties of 2018.

Meet K33FEY a DJ who has that special mix of style, flare, passion and an ear for sound that simply drives dance floors wild!



Make no mistake, when it comes to ripping the roof off the building and getting the club rocking K33FEY is the man who can be relied on time and time again. With over ten years experience playing at some of the UK’s biggest and best club nights it’s easy to see why he is the name that people turn to for quality sets. With an eclectic taste in music ranging from techno to off the hook electro K33FEY is someone who to put it mildly is as versatile as a Swiss army knife.



Over the years K33FEY has ignited the dance-floors at clubs such as Sundissential, Godskitchen, Dropzone, Enter The Dragon, Roar and Bionic to name just a few, although playing harder sets then K33FEY is gaining more of a reputation for his quality techno and electro sets with his own night ‘Hooked’ pulling in the crowds week after week. ‘Hooked’ is growing from strength to strength due to front man DJ, K33FEY, destroying the dance-floors with sets so unique and current the crowds simply want more and more.

In 2004 K33FEY was voted best up and coming hard dance DJ by Mixmag and has also been nominated for tons of awards in that genre winning four through dance music website ‘offitsface.com’

K33FEY's influences over the years include Fergie, Lisa Lashes and Andy Farley however these days they include names such as Carl Cox, Audio Jack, Mickey Slim and D Ramirez.

On the Digital Exposure show here at VCS Radio Cardiff with DJ Martin Dibble we welcome back Cardiff’s legend DJ Dave Jones to the vinyl decks for another installment of his vinyl back catalogue. For his February mix He will be focusing on tunes from 88 and 89 playing mainly tracks from the illegal warehouse rave scene that was at its most popular on these years. This is the first of a series of monthly mixes focusing on the 80s 90d and early 00s house music scene in South Wales focusing on different club nights He said he was lucky to be involved in from this period.

A 16 year old dj from the Pontypridd area and a sixth form student at hawthorn high school. I started djing in 2012 when I was in year 7 with Martin's workshops as a part of the after school sessions originally through E3 now with YEPS. Over these 5 nearly 6 years through martin, myself and others have been given huge opportunities to play infront of crowds as big as 900/1000 people at bounce in Llanelli and 300/400/500 people at the under18 event known as Ice Mania held at Club Ice local to myself in pontypridd. As apart of YEPS myself and my friend Bradley Ellis won an award for our efforts in djing and music. Being as young, I've went from a lot of melbourne style music to house, techno and anything I can dance to and trying to get into drum and bass. I love what I'm doing and hope to pursue it further.
