Stu Allan was a British dance music DJ and producer who worked for Piccadilly Radio and Key 103 in Manchester in the 1980s and 1990s. His hip hop, hardcore techno and house music mixes ranked him the world's No. 3 DJ by DJ Magazine in 1993 and his performances influenced significantly the music scene during this period. Allan continued to remain a major contributor within the UK hardcore scene. He died on 22 September 2022

BIO:

My passion for music, especially rave stems from a young age. I got my first pair of Numark turntables for my birthday at the age of 13, and I've never looked back! I started mixing Makina, and a little bit of bounce too. I invested in a set of Technics at around the age of 16, and started to take my mixing more seriously, with a lot of practice, and others showing me how to beatmatch properly. At 18 my love for hardcore was reignited, and I started buying hardcore vinyl. With hardcore vinyl pressing in the decline, i took the decision at around 20 to go into the world of digital Dj'ing, and i invested in my first pair of CDJ's. Since then i have upgraded a couple of times, and i now use a pair of Pioneer CDJ 2000's, which i have had for around 7 or 8 years now. I'll try my hand at pretty much any music style, but my main love is for hardcore & makina. Feel free to ask any questions, don't forget to like and share if you listen and enjoy my mixes! As a teenager, skyline fell in love with hardcore mainly during the golden age uk hardcore in the late 90's starting from  his love of the bonkers albums and especially Scott brown
later going to his first gabber night in newcastle called "distorded" is where he fell in love with hard side of hardcore and has never looked back!!
over the year from learning to mix from turntables to cdj's,  playing from 140bpm trance  - 210bpm frenchcore
