Live Orchestral recording using an ORTF (Office de Radiodiffusion Televison Francais) stereo pair. Microphones positioned on 4m tall stand immediately behind the conductor and angled down, pointing towards the woodwind section at the back of the orchestra. This technique produces a good sense of balance and accurate stereo positioning. No EQ or processing has been used.
