Solarythm is a versatile producer and DJ from Nantes.
Best known for his live psytrance project, his music has gradually expanded into techno and ambient, creating vibrant and introspective soundscapes.

His productions and DJ sets blend mental, trancy, and ethereal tones, creating expansive sonic journeys that captivate audiences across Europe. His talent has led him to perform at numerous festivals (Modem, Twisted Frequency, Hadra, Fora de Tempo).

Co-founder of Quadrivium Records, Solarythm has released music on prestigious labels such as The Gods Planet, Melifera Records, Navigare Audio.

my second edition of a 2-hour ambient journey uploaded to soundcloud; a set recording live from cherimoya's (@p3rman3ntlys3xy) first solo exhibition in naarm. 

the inspiration behind my track selection derived from the artist's statement:
“Skin holds the flesh in. It holds the things we are unable to speak into words, it grabs you in time and you obediently cooperate with its earthly demands. We form a relationship with ours as we do with other's skin, this is mine and that is yours. We customise it as it is our home; hanging up an artwork here, laying down a rug there.
Tattoos tell a story without speaking, all at once, they tell you of the culture, place, social status, interests, history and identity. They also tell you things about how a person lived, whether they have faded from too much sun exposure, how they've morphed from the body's movements and fluctuations.
Tattoos mark an identity in time and a constant changing; a permanent impermanence, and we are listening whether we want to or not. In our nature, we feel the pull of the skin begging us to understand it, to make sense of it. We need to know the meaning and why someone chose to put it on their body. Then, we form our own opinions. We make up our mind about what is acceptable and what is not, what is a "good" tattoo and what is not. We adore a new tattoo yet reject one that has seen too many seasons change. A bad tattoo or an old tattoo unconsciously reminds us of our own imperfect body and our mortality” - cherimoya

We are very glad to welcome @hidolas for the 21st Hybrid Session on Abyssaï.
Based in Lyon, Emiliano Germain is first and foremost a multi-instrumentalist and a member of Le Séquenceur, a collective dedicated to electronic music workshops and events across festivals. He recently delivered a remarkable live performance on The Memoir channel, as well as a beautiful recent LP that we warmly invite you to discover on Polën Records : an ambient label he co-founded with Paul Rêve.

As Hidolas, he explores a deep and groovy form of techno where percussive and mental textures blend seamlessly. For this session, he offers an immersive DJ set built around a refined selection and a strong sense of storytelling, where downtempo gently meets hypnotic techno.
