Here is a little lost "Phineas & Ferb" treasure. This is a live demo of Dan and Swampy singing in character as Doofenshmirtz and Monogram about how we make "Phineas & Ferb." The origin of it, as with most "Phineas" related gems, was just us (in this case Dan, Swampy, Martin and I) goofing around in the writing bullpen in 2009, when we came up with this little regressive ditty. It is just a one-take, partly improvised couple minutes of absurdity that we all laughed over and then promptly forgot about. Enjoy!

In 1990 I started seeing a car with newspaper covered windows while I would walk to work through the parking lot. I always wondered who could be the occupant, then one morning I was quite astonished to see the front door open and sitting by it was a lady. This just blew my mind, partially because this was in a very posh neighborhood of LA and on top of that it was a female occupant. That same day "She Lives In A Car" started taking form and in a few days I finished the song but after that I never saw the lady again...In 2004-05 I recorded this with Geoff Tyson and it ended as the fourth track on the TEE-M album EARTHIOTIC...
