Ladies and gentlemen, 
due to police intervention and the early shut down of last night's event at Mirage, I was not able to finish my set. :-( poor Bedouins weren't able to play at all )-;

Luckily I have an excerpt of my last New York set at hand, so you can continue your acid experience with this one. It was the third day of a little tour in March that brought me to the #akumandra party at #HouseOfYes. (Thanks to everybody for having made this a very special night)
The set was actually supposed to be released as third part of my trilogy, but, hey, I am happy to trade conceptional purity for spontaneity ;-)


Nothing more to say, but thanks to everybody who came out last night and had to leave earlier than expected and of course thanks a lot to #Cityfox for making it all happen.

Radio Gotita: Un viaje sonoro del páramo al mar.

Capítulo #1 : El Nacimiento (páramo y sub-páramo)

Al pensar en el agua, un ecosistema que podría ser definido con este elemento es el páramo. En este ecosistema y sus aledaños nace este compuesto vital en su forma más familiar para nosotros, de manera líquida. 
Una gotita que por medio del ciclo del agua cae sobre este ecosistema, viaja por diferentes estructuras vegetales, desde los frailejones como unos de los habitantes más abundantes allí, hasta los musgos que como un tapete protegen y cubren el suelo. Estas diferentes estructuras absorben y liberan a cada gotita lentamente, conduciéndola junto con otras millones de gotitas hacia canales formados por la tierra, confluyendo en pequeños cuerpos de agua, que poco a poco van ganando volumen y caudal a medida que bajan de la montaña, hacia cada uno de nuestros hogares, bien sea por medio de tubos, depositándose en aljibes u otro tipo de infraestructuras. El agua nos conecta, conecta por medio de su fluir a diferentes ecosistemas, a montañas con los ríos y luego con el océano, a una ciudad con otra, a nuestras casas con su nacimiento en los páramos. 
Durante todo este recorrido, esta gotita junto con sus otras millones de compañeras, producen diferentes sonidos, desde lloviznas que las depositan en los páramos, hasta fuertes torrentes cuando chocan contra rocas y otros obstáculos por los que deben atravesar, pero también sonidos más suaves cuando se van depositando en los tapetes de musgo, o cuando reposan en lagunas movidas por el viento. El agua en este punto toma muchas formas así como sus sonidos, niebla, lluvia, goteo desde los musgos en las rocas y sobre las hojas de las plantas, chorros, quebradas, pequeños charcos... Escuchemos cuántos de estos sonidos podemos identificar y si podemos detectar los diferentes lugares por dónde se está moviendo esta gotita.
