Ritmo Prehispanico is an introduction to 3ball. A music genre developed in Mexico D.F and refined in Monterrey, that combines cumbia, reggaeton, techno and prehispanic percussive elements. Digging deep into their past and future, Mexicans have created a solid, danceable, shamanic audio trip that has swept the nation with their botas picudas, 6/8 rhythms, and profound tribal soundscapes.

Big up for Alfonso Luna, Rogelio Huerta, Javier Estrada and Erik Rincon, definitely the masters of the style. Thank you Lele for so much advice and inspiration. Tracklist is down.

This time, I invited DJ Nickodemus, long time friend and two times rocker of Dragon Nest’s stage for a guest mix, and we’r happy to share his words on the selection as well:
Taking inspiration from all that’s around me in the Ozora festival grounds, it’s a wonderful feeling to know that when it comes time to mixing the music, I can stretch to many different styles for the open minded dance-floor. This mix was made with that thought in mind as well as showcasing new music from some of the Wonderwheel Recordings artists who had taken the stage at the Dragon Nest over the years. Remolinos is a dip into the more refined, deeper, shamanic side of world bass music. This concoction includes cumbia, zouk, moombahton and baile funk with a darker touch sharing similarities with idm and techno. This mixtape includes new and old tracks from legends and upcomers such as Dengue Dengue Dengue, Cocotaxi, Animal Chuki, Chancha Via Circuito, Milangeles and Captain Planet. It also featuresthe exclusive debut of two Prisma tracks, one dark zouk syle, and one cumbia together with Fox Bolder.

Remolinos is also a tribute to the gifted curator, multi style genius Felipe Salmon from Dengue Dengue Dengue, a true tastemaker and connoisseur of rhythms and a big inspiration behind all my bass explorations.

En el Aire unveils for the first time the collaborations between Prisma​ and Martin Boder​.

The center piece of this is the work between Martin Biderman​, Prisma and María Barone​, which will be featured in the upcoming EP called Devenir Vegetal. The rest of this musical journey contains smooth grooves inspired in minimal techno, cumbia, Andes Step and more.

Martin Boder made his mark in the psychedelic trance world as Glosolalia​, and now bring us a refined elegant side combining all his influences of minimal techno to produce beautiful mellow beats inspired in the likes of legends Ricardo Villalobos​, DJ Koze​, Acid Pauli​ and newcomers such as Nicola Cruz​. He has put all this elements in his melting pot to create his special brand of minimal techno. This mix contains a lot of his solo productions as well as collaborations with Prisma and Maria Barone

Prisma is the alter ego of Nicolas Zigurat from the psychedelic trance project Megalopsy, presenting here his explorations into andes step, techno and beyond, featuriing solo produtions as well as collaborations with Dengue Dengue Dengue and Martin Boder and Maria Barone.

This EP will be released soon in the brand new label DPBeats. sub-label of Dark Prisma Records.
